“Normal” is what makes FM

Keeping workplaces safe and functional – always a core task of facilities management. Adaptation to technical progress and entrepreneurial change runs like a red thread through our services. With the challenges posed by the Corona pandemic, we have entered a new dimension, both in terms of developing new concepts and processes and in terms of speed of implementation. Sasse Group has been able to support a number of customers in this area over the past few months beyond contractually agreed services.

We have not only contributed our comprehensive know-how, which we have gained from our FM services, for example in the medical sector or in public transport. We were also able to ensure the supply of suitable equipment and execution in compliance with regulations and rules. This was a major contribution to averting plant closures or reduced usage possibilities of properties and facilities. In particular, we were able to master many tasks required at short notice thanks to a flexible, demand-oriented deployment control.

Under these conditions, the teams of Sasse Group have created the prerequisites for our customers to be able to return to normality in their operating processes even under changed conditions. Workplaces, meeting areas or places and vehicles where employees, business partners and customers feel comfortable and safe are our contribution to a facility management which has a direct effect on appreciation and added value. We are certain that numerous effects that first became perceptible on a large scale during the pandemic will become part of everyday life in the future.

It is therefore essential that we use the whole range of digital progress to achieve greater efficiency, transparency and reliability in this area too. Modern safety technology and sensor systems provide us with the data we need to create the best possible process quality. Distances and adapted working models can also be seamlessly bridged at the communication level: Thanks to sophisticated dashboards, we and our services are always close at hand for our contacts, even if they work from home or use flexible working time models.

Speaking of home offices. We see the consequences of newly distributed and structured workplaces as one of the biggest tasks for FM in the near future. Sasse Group is prepared to be present with its services wherever its customers are.
