Sasse Group expands competence in water and air hygiene

Water and air hygiene services are repeatedly asked for within the scope of holistic facilities management, reports Sasse managing director Thomas Ansorge. “By the latest addition to our group we are able to offer this service even more intensively and competently.” The new subsidiary Trinkwasserhygiene Mannheim previously belonged to the company August Renschler, which Sasse Group took over at the beginning of the year. The company has sophisticated know-how in drinking water hygiene. 

“In the holistic approach to fm tasks, this service is a central piece,” Ansorge explains. The spectrum ranges from risk assessment to maintenance and inspections of drinking water systems to hygiene inspections and cleaning of indoor air systems. Measures for disinfecting drinking water are also part of the package. Special emphasis is placed on external advice to clients, e.g. communications with health authorities in case official shower bans, Ansorge observes.  

The newly added company also has its own laboratory for immediate analysis of samples. Contamination management is headed by microbiologist Dr Jacqueline Schorr, “a sought-after discussion partner for the experts at the customers”, Ansorge emphasizes.
