Making knowledge available anytime and anywhere – this is what Sasse Academy aims for by adding an e-learning component to its programme offerings. “We often experience that fixed courses can no longer be met at short notice. We hope to eliminate this problem by offering e-learning” explains Bettina Reichart, Human Resources Development Officer at Sasse Group. With the help of a new learning management system, learning units will be available that can be easily integrated into everyday (work) life. “There will be podcasts as well as topics well illustrated with videos. New formats für complex topics are also being created with screenshots and subsequent quiz that colleagues can work on at their desk”, says Bettina Reichart.
A test phase started in October. In 2022 defined learning paths will be available for a large target group.
