Facilities management entails a diversity of skills and talents – and means always being introduced to new tasks. We therefore attribute particular importance to diversity management. 40 % of our managers and half of all employees in the Group are female. Within Sasse Group we unite members from almost 50 nations and several generations. Among other things, we have developed our own 50+ programme in cooperation with the German Federal Employment Agency.
