Through switching to LEDs and installing intelligent user systems, Sasse technicians were able to reduce lightning costs by a five-figure number. Further cost reduction resulted from the energy inspection of AC units according to the Energy Saving Ordinance (German EnEV). Through these energy optimisation measures, the facility was able to achieve the LEED certification.
