Plenty of scope for your dream career

Talent and enthusiasm are what count for our company. That’s why we open up paths, that’s why we provide qualifications, that’s why we respect personality. Whether it’s training in a trade or an academic degree: the career path from facilities management entry to a management role is precisely tailored to the goals and wishes of our employees.

Project Manager
Media Design & Communication

After completing my apprenticeship in business administration, I started directly atSasse Group as a team assistant. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to continuously develop my skills. Today I work as a project manager for Mediadesign & Kommunikation and for ESG.

What I particularly like about Sasse Group is the combination of independent work, customised training, flexible working hours and a family working environment. I found the support during my parental leave to be attentive and appreciative. The compatibility of family and career at Sasse is unique for me as a mum of two.

Area Manager
Hard Facilities Management

My career at Sasse Group began in the mailroom of an IT company. This was followed by further development steps, starting as a junior operations manager and progressing to operations manager and finally to area manager. My company supported and encouraged me in qualifying for the new and additional tasks. Today, I am responsible for a large number of customers and manage a team of around 120 employees.

I am extremely proud of my professional development and would like to thank Sasse Group for recognising my potential, trusting in my abilities and giving me the opportunity to continuously develop.

Site Manager
Soft Facilities Management

My rise from part-time cleaner to operations manager took less than four years. I currently look after several properties for a large shipping service provider – as part of a team of around 75 employees. For me, solving tasks together and supporting others is a matter of course, as I have experienced.

The management responsibility that I am now entrusted with is something I also felt with my previous superiors: in this company, people look closely at what someone can do and listen carefully to what someone says. The fact that I am noticed and recognised for my skills is exactly what I have always wanted from my job.

Junior Project Manager
Hard Facilities Management

I come from a family of self-employed entrepreneurs in Syria. After years as an electrician and supervisor, I did something new and moved to Germany. I learned German and took my chance on the job market.

Today I am a German citizen and contribute my skills to the Sasse family. After working as an electrician, I became group leader of the building services and caretaker team in a property. I am currently a Junior Operations Manager at the ICE plant in Munich, where I take on responsibility in the team. Encounters with people who accept my skills and my history confirm that I am on the right path.
