1976

The birth of the family business

Dr Eberhard Sasse founds a maintenance cleaning company. His familiarity with ‘buildings’ provides a solid basis; his father, an architect, had laid the foundations here.

1984

Venturing into Austria

The interest in expansion led to the establishment of the first foreign branch in Austria.

1992

Setting the course in the UK

Sasse Group wins its first rail transport provider in the UK. Working “on the track” and “at the station” proves to be a logistical challenge, as the FM has to be synchronised with timetables and a sophisticated service system has to be developed for night times.

2014

The second generation takes responsibility

“The first sentence in the second chapter of a story – an exciting moment.” Clara and Laura Sasse are the second generation to assume responsibility on the Management Board together with Dr Christine Sasse and Katja Böhmer. Founder Dr Eberhard Sasse becomes Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
