The second generation takes responsibility
“The first sentence in the second chapter of a story – an exciting moment.” Clara and Laura Sasse wrote this sentence on 3 January in the company blog and in the organisational history of Sasse Group. As the second generation, they now join Dr Christine Sasse and Katja Böhmer on the Executive Management Board. Founder Dr Eberhard Sasse becomes Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The successors address words of thanks to the more than 6,500 employees: “The diversity of the #SasseFamily makes us strong. Your trust, commitment, willingness to innovate and hard work drive the Sasse Group into the future.”
Consistently sustainable: CSR is followed by DNK
The Sasse Group’s first DNK declaration is a consistent continuation of the CSR strategy. This certification in accordance with the German Sustainability Code demonstrates the company’s commitment to the CSR Directive Implementation Act and its contribution to reporting on the National Action Plan for Business and Human Rights. It also forms the basis for the continuous development and improvement of all associated processes.
Practicing responsibility for people and the environment
The first CSR report puts Sasse Group in the public eye for the long term. Dr Laura Sasse, the second generation of the family, is in charge. The company is thus ahead of its legal obligations: the key content and processes for CSR, mindfulness for people and the environment have been firmly anchored in the company’s day-to-day operations since its foundation and are a lived principle – now they are being systematically documented and presented.
Into the cleanroom
The continuing growth of the ITC sector is creating new fields of activity for the company. In the factories of a chip manufacturer, Sasse teams assume responsibility for a comprehensive and technically sophisticated FM service: cleanrooms are the sensitive centrepiece that require special attention and care. Sasse Group is opening up a new area of expertise in the industrial sector.
“Knowledgeable and innovative” on the one hand, “correct and consistent” on the other: This is how customers and employees should perceive us. Anyone who entrusts the Sasse Group with a service can be sure that we will reliably fulfil our service promise and use our expertise to good effect.
